Cannelloni ‘Ambassador’

Description:

Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken, veal and beef (equal parts)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp thyme
1 1/2 cups water
2 ea. eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp liquid from meat
1 tbsp white wine
Directions:

Procedure:
1. Dice raw meat using equal parts chicken, veal and beef.
2. Add onion, salt, pepper, thyme and water.
3. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Drain, saving liquid.
4. Grind mixture using medium blade of food chopper.
5. Add lightly beaten eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, liquid from meat and white wine. Blend well.
