Sauerkraut Balls TWA

Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground cooked ham
1/2 cup ground cooked corned beef
1/2 of a #2 can sauerkraut well drained and ground
1 ea. small onion, finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup beef boullion
1 egg
For Breading
2 cups flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten with
1/2 cup milk
2 cups bread crumbs (how abour rye)

Mustard sauce
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 chicken boullion cube
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
